Every wedding starts with a conversation and you will hear from Jessica first. With 14 years in the wedding industry, an eye for design, and a genuine passion for making couples feel completely at ease, she brings a creative vision to every conversation that goes well beyond answering questions. She is exactly who you want in your corner from the very beginning.
From there, Tyler is always available to jump on a call to talk through your vision, your vibe, whatever you need to feel completely at ease. We are not about a sales pitch. This is the start of understanding how to make your wedding photographs feel unmistakably like you.
2. Coordinating The Details
Once you are booked you will be introduced to Chelsea, our pre-production coordinator, who becomes your go-to person for everything between your booking and your wedding day. Think of our team as a relay of people who genuinely care; each one exceptional at what they do, each one making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you have an engagement shoot scheduled, Tyler will connect with you personally beforehand. This is a call to talk through location, what to wear, and any logistics so the day feels completely effortless.
For the wedding itself, Chelsea will send a detailed questionnaire about three months out. The more you share the better we can prepare. From there you can schedule a call with her at your earliest convenience — she will have your wedding day plan back to you within 24 hours. You are welcome to make changes to your timeline all the way up until the Monday before your wedding, so there is plenty of time to get it exactly right.
The Details Your wedding story begins before you walk down the aisle. While you are in the final moments of hair and makeup Tyler is already working — capturing the sentimental details you have so carefully chosen, the energy of the bridal party getting ready, and those overwhelmingly tender moments when the people who love you most see you for the first time.
Couple Portraits Whether you choose a first look or save it for the aisle, this is one of the most important moments of the entire day. Tyler's job is to capture the most authentic version of you both — all the emotion, all the joy.
Bridal Party and Family Portraits The people standing beside you deserve beautiful photographs too. But beautiful does not have to mean stiff or forgettable. Tyler loves bringing your energy into the larger group portraits — every page of your album should feel like a reflection of who you are, not a standard wedding template.
The Ceremony Whether you are exchanging vows in a centuries old church or under an open sky, Tyler and his second shooter will cover every angle and every emotion while remaining as undetectable as possible. This is your moment. Nothing about our presence should pull you out of it.
Cocktail Hour and Reception While the second shooter captures your guests beginning the celebration at cocktail hour, Tyler stays focused on you — the congratulations, the glance at a new shiny ring, all the firsts, the pure joy of the newly married couple. If you would prefer more intimate couple portraits during this time we can make that happen too.
3. The Wedding Day
While you are on your way to the honeymoon, our editing work begins. Within two weeks of your wedding day you will receive a carefully selected preview of edited photos to relive the excitement and share with the people you love.
Over the following six to eight weeks we will edit and curate your full gallery with the same care and intention we brought to the wedding day itself. Once your gallery is delivered you will choose the images that best tell the story of your day and we will work with you to bring those to life in your album. Your finished album will be delivered within four weeks of your final approval.
